Who we are

Solar Panels Sheffield is a trading name operated by Cleeo. This website is a free quote service that connects homeowners with independent MCS-certified solar installers. We are not the installer.

What we collect

What you enter on our forms: your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, and the details you give us about your property, roof and electricity use. We also record which page the enquiry came from and, where present, the campaign source in the link you arrived through.

Why we collect it

To match you with a solar installer covering your area and to pass your enquiry to them so they can provide a quotation. That is the purpose you are submitting it for, and we do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

One trusted MCS-certified solar installer covering your area, so they can contact you with a quotation. We do not sell your details to a list of companies and we do not pass them to multiple installers to bid against each other.

Your data is stored in our lead management system, which is hosted on Google Workspace. It is not published anywhere and it is not shared beyond the installer handling your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to manage the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Email info@solarpanelssheffield.uk and we will deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Where you arrive through a campaign link, the campaign source is held in your browser for the duration of your visit so we know where the enquiry came from.
